Spinechecker’s Manifesto is published! Three years in the making for the author and for me as the designer. The book has wonderful essays, wisdom of fusing yoga with chiropractic treatment, and some really excellent diagrams (cough).
Crocker Amazon Park
On today’s walk in Crocker Amazon we found snails sleeping in branches. It was at the crest of a hill that overlooks the bay, and I would imagine it was a pretty toasty place for the little guys to soak in the sun.
