My relationship with Verizon started with an $1800 cell phone bill, and 7 years later it seems that they just won’t let our dysfunctional relationship come to an end. Come on, Verizon – this letter is exactly the kind of incompetence that made it a no brainer to start doling out my hard earned cash to AT&T instead.
